SER5 Max 6800H no display when using HDMI

No display when powering up the device while HDMI is plugged in. The HDMI monitor and cable is working since the display is working when plugged in on my laptop.

However, when I plug in a DisplayPort monitor, its booting up correctly.
I really need this to work on my HDMI monitor and TV.
Could anyone assist me with this issue?

①First, Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if no CMOS button, please put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. ② Right-click the desktop → Display settings → Click the “Detect” button. Select “Extend these displays” or “Duplicate these displays” in “Multiple display settings”.
