Hello,

I bought a SER6 Max mini pc a few months ago and I’ve been having problems with all Logitech peripherals for a while now. I have a camera, which stops working and windows says it does not recognize it, mouse and keyboard that lose the connection, mostly the keyboard that you have to wait several seconds until it reconnects. Does anyone have the same problems? Any solution?

Thanks

Hello there,
Please send us a picture of the purchase record and a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC.
Here are possible solutions:
1. Please go to AMD website and download the auto-detect program.
It will update some chipsets and video drivers automatically. It will identify and install appropriate drivers for their AMD hardware. The program works by scanning the user’s system to detect the installed AMD hardware components, such as graphics cards or processors. It then compares the detected hardware information with a database of AMD drivers and software versions.

2.Ensure that there is no interference from other nearby wireless devices that could disrupt the connection of the peripherals.

3.Try connecting the peripherals to different USB ports on the mini PC to rule out port issues.
Test the peripherals on another computer to see if the problems persist, which can help determine if it’s a problem with the peripherals themselves or specific to the mini PC.

without any problem in the same place with my old computer.
I have already tried changing it to all ports, but the problem is the same and as I say it is rare that it is with all peripherals of the same brand.

      Hello Gaby,

I’ve had a similar issue with my Logitech devices

The only solution I found which fixed my issues was using a separate dock with USB, and connected the USB dongle into there.

      Hope I could help!

        Ben Thanks Ben
I also thought the same thing and I have also done it, but it has not fixed my problem at least with the camera.

        Hello there,

Have you tried to download the latest graphics card driver and chip driver file from AMD?

        Maybe it will help you.

        Have a nice day!

support10 Yes, I did it yesterday, just download the drivers for the graphics card, and at least I haven’t seen any changes.

          Hello Gaby,

I’m sorry to have kept you waiting so long.
During this time, due to the exception of our server, we can not reply to the posts on the new forum.

After asking the technical staff, they think that there should be a compatibility problem between the Logitech camera you use and our machine, and the compatibility problem cannot be solved at present.

It is recommended that you change the camera brand to use.

          Have a nice day!
