SER8 Front USB-A port only charges

I have a SER8-L-321TBVK0W64PRO-DP/XA that I purchased through Amazon.
The front USB-A port only charges. It does not detect devices. I have tried multiple USB cords. They all work with the back USB ports, but not the front port.
I have tried updating and reinstalling the USB controller and hub drivers through device manager, but it did not fix the issue.
Do I need to return this to Amazon?

1、You can try to clear CMOS :Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

2、Please uninstall the chipset driver in the device manager and install the new one.
