I am writing to request assistance with a persistent issue I am facing with my Beelink U59 mini PC. The device repeatedly shuts off unexpectedly every 5 to 10 minutes during normal use, which severely impacts its usability. I have performed several basic troubleshooting steps including disconnecting all non-essential peripherals, monitoring the CPU and system temperatures to rule out overheating, and ensuring proper ventilation and cooling. Despite these efforts, the mini PC continues to power off without warning.
Additionally, I have checked the power adapter and cables to ensure they meet the required specifications, but the problem remains unresolved. I have not yet attempted to update or reset the BIOS but would appreciate any guidance or instructions on whether this might help address the issue. I am concerned there might be a hardware fault or firmware problem causing these frequent shutdowns.
