Hello Beelink Support,
I purchased a Beelink mini PC from Amazon (Order #112-0740641-0823460) on November 12, 2024. Bluetooth works perfectly, but WiFi does not work at all.
Problem:
- Bluetooth: Working (Intel AX210 detected via USB)
- WiFi: Not detected by OS (no wireless interface in
lspci or ip link)
- OS: Debian 12 Linux with firmware-iwlwifi installed
BIOS Findings:
In Connectivity Configuration:
- CNVi CRF Present: No
- CNVi Mode: Auto Detection
- Hi-Fi Core: [Enabled]
- BT Core: [Enabled] (working)
All PCIe Root Ports are enabled in BIOS, but no WiFi device appears.
Analysis:
The AX210 appears to be a standard PCIe card, but BIOS expects CNVi. The “CNVi CRF Present: No” suggests incompatibility.
Questions:
- Was the wrong card installed? Should this be an Intel AX201 (CNVi) instead of AX210 (PCIe)?
- Is there a BIOS update to fix CNVi detection?
- How do I proceed with warranty support?
System Info:
- BIOS: 2.22.1292
- Card: Intel AX210 (BT works, WiFi doesn’t)
- Ethernet: Working normally
