SER8 Factory Reset Error

Hi, just received the new SER8 from short time and internet connection seems to have some problems so decided to make a factory reset and restart all the installation from zero but! the reset procedure starts normally and after some minute I got some error that says:
“There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made.”
How should I proceed to restore to the factory default system???

Sorry for the trouble.

Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine ?

Please reset the system as follow:

1）Enter the safe mode, and reset the system.
Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down
Do this many times until Windows boots into the Recovery Environmen.

2）If Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.
      Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot . . .
      Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair
      See if Windows startup can repair itself
      Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore
      Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to          
      If you do not have a Restore Point, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart
     Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode
     Once in Safe Mode, backup your data if you do not already have a backup
     Open Device Manager and check to make sure all your Drivers are up to date
     Reboot to see if Windows will start Normally

3）If the above fails, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC
Choose to keep your files and apps, just your files or to keep nothing
Then start the Reset

Hi, thx for the reply!
I already did all the options earlier before writing this post but didn’t try starting the Ser8 this way… resetting it with the power button.
Now just tried “Reset this PC” following this method but nothing! Same identical error!
How do you factory reset it? Or can you send me some link of the original WIN11 version with all the drivers for the SER8 so I try reinstall it as it was when received it? Should I write you by mail?

PS: just made a test booting a Linux Mint from USB and no problems at all with internet connections so it is confirmed it is some problem with WIN11

PS2: just downloaded the AZW_SER_x64…. that I found on your repository… is it OK this WIN11 for the ser8? Can I replace the installation with this using USB Rufus or similar?

Just finished downloading Firmw.rar from the Ser8 folder… unzipped it contain SER8_24H2_WIN11_PRO__AX200_8_USER_1230 …
Is this the good ready to install WIN11 version???

May I ask if the Ser8 folder were downloaded from the download center on our official website?

It is recommended that you download system files from Microsoft to reinstall the Windows system.

Yes, I’ve downloaded from your download center, under “SER8-8845” there is a file “Firmw.rar” that contains WIN11, so I thought would be the best installation, ready with all the needed drivers for my machine! Isn’t it? What’s this if not a SER8 factory installation?

If you download it from our official website, then Firmw.rar is the system culture of SER8 8845.

You can choose to use the system files on the official website or try reinstalling the system from Microsoft.
