②Reboot Everything: Turn off your GTR9 Pro and your Fritz!Box. Wait 30 seconds, turn the Fritz!Box back on, wait for it to fully boot, then turn the GTR9 Pro back on. This can often re-trigger a successful speed negotiation.
③Check the Cable: Swap your current Ethernet cable for a certified CAT6 or CAT6A cable. This is the cheapest and easiest test.
④Check the Link Speed in Windows:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings.
Click on your Ethernet connection (e.g., “Ethernet 1”).
Look for “Link speed (Receive/Transmit)”.
