EQ12 - How to activate TMP in Bios ?

Hello,

I can’t upgrade Win11pro from 21H2 to lastest ! because TMP not active.

How can I do that ?

Sorry for the trouble.
Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC first.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

①Please enter the Device Manager to check if the TPM is functioning properly.
Reference Tutorial：Please go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11
② Download Windows 11 Installation Assistant
③Run the installation assistant: Double - click to open the Windows 11 Installation Assistant. The software will automatically detect whether the hardware meets the requirements of Windows 11 .
④Upgrade the system: If the hardware meets the requirements, click “Accept and Install”, and the software will automatically download and install the latest Windows 11 operating system. After the installation is complete, Windows 11 is updated.
