Thank You! I have updated the bios.
Now I have 1 more question.
My machine shuts down numerous times during a fresh windows install.
This happens everytime I try to install windows. Its almost impossible to get windows installed.
I have tried numerous usb 2.0 and 3.0 sticks and all usb ports and still shuts down.
Is anyone else having this issue also?
Would this be a power supply issue?

How do I send this back for a replacement?
I ordered this from amazon less than 2 weeks ago.
All I see is for a refund which I dont want. Just an exchange.

I am gonna wait on this now…
Ever since I updated the bios you sent me, my machine has not shut down once while running windows, even under load.
It’s been 2 days now and I am super happy about that!

Secondly, I decided to make a custom windows iso and ripped out the pro version only and added all the drivers, skipped the online account and the location requirement to the new windows image and now windows installs correctly with no shut downs even after 4 different installs even with different usb drives and ports.

Everytime I would try and install windows before, it would always shut down at the internet connection requirement multiple tries.
I was about to give up until I thought of the custom Iso.

So far I am completely happy with my device the past 2 days!

these models are completely faulty, often bootlooping due to the incorrect power supply being sent to them, thermal throttling, BIOS limitting the CPU to 28w on top of many hardware and OS issues.

I’m returning 29 of them through amazon right now due to the numerous issues. BIOS or Windows reinstallation will NOT help you. This model of Beelink was an absolutely disaster and should be avoided.

Thats just not true, this is a power supply issue. The adaptor the comes with it is not enough to supply a steady stream under load and they will bootloop or shutdown without notice.

Hello - I’ve got an SER5 MAX Ryzen 7 6800U (32GB of RAM, 1TB SSD, 1 GB ethernet) model - and I love this little guy! Slapped it on my main QLED 65″ TV and put a big external drive on it and use it for movies/shows, light gaming and as a network drive for my other devices.

However, after running into some really bad performance on a couple of Steam games - I’m having trouble getting AMD drivers and Windows 11 to properly register the Radeon 680M graphics (Windows always defaults to AMD Radeon™ Graphics as the display adapter no matter what I’ve tried - and Windows/drivers won’t honor my setting iGPU to 8GB in BIOS - it only shows 4GB).

Wondering if my older bios version is causing this? System info in screenshot, and I’ve already downloaded what appears to be the right BIOS update in the other screenshot… Or should I be looking down another avenue? Any advice here is much appreciated, thank you! Image description
