SER9 Pro - eGPU not working - BIOS update needed?

Hi
I cannot get my eGPU working on my SER9 Pro. When it is plugged into the USB4 port, nothing happens - I can’t get the machine to recognise and accept the card - I can’t see it in the BIOS or in the OS. I have tested it on another PC keeping everything the same, and it works.

Mini PC: Beelink SER9 Pro AMD Ryzen™ AI 9 HX 370
eGPU Dock: AOOSTAR AG02
Card: ASUS PRIME NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB
BIOS Version: SER9T204

The problem seems to be completely caused by the SER9 Pro. Please can you advise if there is a BIOS setting I need to change, or if a BIOS update is needed, or something else?

The label on the back of the machine has the following details.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

1.Please uncheck the save energy in the device manager—universal serial bus controller–USB hub—properties–power management—uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power”

2.Please try updating your BIOS.The BIOS file has been sent via private message.
