Resizable bar not showing as active on EGPU

I have the SER 7 and have it connected to an aoostar ag02 and and Intel ARC B570 GPU via an m.2 oculink adapter.
I have set the bios to show resizable bar as enabled however the GPU shows that it is inactive as does GPU-Z.

What am I doing wrong and how to I resolve the issue?? Try and keep any answer simple as not great with this tech stuff 😭

1.Test the GPU without the dock: To confirm the dock is the problem, you would need to connect the Arc B570 GPU directly to your system. Since you mentioned this isn’t possible with the mini PC, it makes troubleshooting difficult.

2.Consider the “m.2 to oculink adapter”: This adapter is a crucial but unofficial link in your setup. Its quality or specific model can directly block advanced features like Resizable BAR, and it may not have been designed with this in mind.

3.Contact Aoostar Support: Reach out to the manufacturer of your AG02 dock. Ask them specifically if their dock, when used with an m.2 to oculink adapter, supports Resizable BAR (or “PCIe Above 4G Decoding”) passthrough. If they say it doesn’t, you have your answer.

4.Try connecting your monitor to the SER7’s USB4 port instead of the oculink dock, if possible. If it works there but not via oculink, the dock/adapter is likely the issue.
