i have a problem
when turboboost off i got a 14000 pts on cinebench r23 (and also checked silent mode can get this)
but when i turboboost on i got only 10000 pts on cinebench and sometimes even lower (and also checked balanced mode / performance mode can get this)

what is problem? is there some bios problem?

and i tried V37 but nothing changed so i just returned to V38 now

Sure i tried many power option even power saving too

nothing changed

FYI, i also tried V31 Version. nothing changed

Now i’m so scarely when changing bios because of brick problem

we have checked with the related staff,it is related with the RAM and SSD,different brands and capacities can also affect performance.

I’m using the RAM of SK Hynix
After watching Reply, SSD was replaced by SK Hynix and WD, Micron, but the same problem occurred
And it can’t explain how it works normally in silent mode

Close any unnecessary applications and disable any background processes that may be interfering with the benchmark.

because i reinstalled windows 11 about 6 times or more because of this problem

Please go to the chipset and set both CPU and GPU as high performance mode.

also go to the control panel > power control > set as high performance mode .

then test again.

TMI) Other software shows the same problem. (ex CPU-Z, OCCT Benchmark)
As power more increases at 45W, performance more decreases.
This is a problem that happens regardless of mode change.
i don’t know why and u guys also don’t know why.
I guess it’s a cpu problem. But you know, it’s not my business anymore.

BTW I bought the new SER8. All problem is solved. Everything works perfect.
No more problems despite using the same SSD and RAM.
