Like many others, I’m having a problem with the Wi-Fi module on my Beelink SER9 MAX AMD Ryzen™ 7 H 255: it’s extremely slow, reaching speeds of only 5 Mbps 😢 It doesn’t see the 5 GHz network from the router, only 2.4 GHz. My laptop and phone are in the same location, and they see 5 GHz and speeds of up to 150 Mbps. I updated the drivers and removed the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160 MHz device, but that didn’t help 🙄

Kjeck Hello there, Sorry for the trouble. Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine ? Here are some potential solutions: 1.Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and put the pin in the pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. Please uninstall the wifi driver and then resatart the PC to see if it works. Please right click the windows —setting -troubleshooting —other toubleshooters— internet—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically. Go to device manager , click the property of the Intel WiFi driver —advanced–choose property 802 ax, value also choose 802 ax. Hi, I just received my SER9 with exactly the model today. Having the exact slow WIFI issue. I leave the SER 9 next to the router and the download speed of WIFI is under 10 Mbps while all my other devices are 300Mbps above. I have followed all steps above, got the speed to 80Mbps now, but still way slower than it should be.

Judging by the appearance, I have a SER9 MAX AMD7 H255, there are no microphone holes, and in fact there are no microphones, no speakers? I am attaching a photo.
The question remains: If the original version is 15.06, then why can’t I upgrade to 15.07? And why do I have the SER9L0101 version?

The SER9PRO 255 comes in two versions: with and without built-in speakers.Your model is the SER9PRO 255 without speakers.

If your machine is a SER9max255, version V035, P8C0M0C15.06, you can upgrade to version 15.07.

SER9L0101 is an original version and does not need updating.
