SER9 Pro Recovery after being unable to boot

I bought a SER9 Pro back in March this year, but the computer doesn’t boot into windows correctly any longer. How can I get a recovery image for this device or do I just need to use a regular Windows 11 Installation Media?

Also, where do I find the most recent BIOS for this device?

1.Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC so we can provide you with the corresponding system files.

Alternatively, you can download the system from Microsoft. Please back up your data first; reinstalling the system will cause you to lose your data on your PC. Here is the tutorial: https://url.bee-link.cn/74zu

2.Please press the delete key as soon as you turn on the PC so that you can access the BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page. We will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Please try updating your graphics card and chipset drivers.

When you connect an external device, the computer will automatically install unknown device drivers.
