Ahab82 Hi, Update: I wrote the Email. Explained everything and linked to the thread. They asked me for the purchase record again, even after explaining and quoting you I answered and sent them SN + picuture of SN. Now waiting for ~ a week with no answer :-(

Ahab82 Hi, thx…actually you are right. It was in spam but only because the message came suddenly back from another Email address!? And no…I am not receiving the help you offered here in the forum :-( What I am forced to do to get help is simply impossible.
