Big problems with intel E610-XT2

I have a big problem with GTI15 vs Windows 11 vs Intel E610 XT2 network card. Constant disconnections, error 43, and so on. I have the latest drivers and have updated all firmware and BIOS. After disabling all offloading options in the properties, the situation improved slightly, but there are still random disconnections and the card is not functioning properly.

I have installed the latest driver and BIOS versions. I also disabled all offloading features and power management settings on the network interface card (NIC). The issue does not persist when using an external USB-C network adapter.

To clarify, the Intel integrated cards are still unusable. In order to use the computer, I had to plug in a USB-C network card, and there is no problem with that. Therefore, the issue with the integrated E610-XT2 still persists.

Yes. The problem persists. Spontaneous restarts of the PC, restarts of the network card. I reported it to the supplier, and it was returned to me with the statement that the problems did not occur on their end. After returning from the repair, it spontaneously restarted during the transition to sleep mode when plugged in. Now, I’m testing with medium CPU load, and restarts of the network card are occurring:

My problem is a little different. The 10G NIC occasionally goes down. The only solution is to disable and enable it again. I did as support and they said that they are working on developing a driver for this problem (I don’t know what that means though)

Has there been a working solution to this? I have the exact same problem. Most of the time if I put the computer to sleep (Beelink GTi15 Ultra), when it wakes up the Intel X610-XT2 has the error message like shown in the screenshot by mack1982 in Post #11. I have to disable it and then re-enable to get it working, but it is super annoying.

I have the same problem here, and I did not expect these kind of troubles with beelink computers, especially at this price range.

Could you tell us how close you are to a solution? Are you working with Intel to solve this problem?
I must admit that i’m pretty disappointed with the GTi15 Ultra right now…

Install the latest official Intel NIC firmware
We recommend first trying the latest non-volatile memory (NVM) update package for Intel Ethernet E610 Series released by Intel official, which can optimize the compatibility and stability of the original Intel NIC chip.

This firmware update is easy to operate and can effectively alleviate the current Ethernet issue in most cases.

Hi, I updated to the latest official firmware as advised.

It seems more stable, but the ethernet Intel X610-XT2 keeps getting in error out of sleep (maybe once every 3 wake up instead of systematically), and I have to disable/reenable to make it work again.

May I know if the BIOS of your machine is the latest version?You could send us a picture of the mai page of BIOS for confirmation.
Have you updated Windows or reinstalled the operating system?

I am having the same issue with my GTi15T on Windows 11 25H2. Both Intel E610-XT2 NICs appear and disappear in device manager… it feels rather random. Rebooting sometimes brings them back. They always return when I select ‘Scan for Hardware Changes’ in device manager. When they are missing, they are just hidden in device manager with this error: this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45). My computer is set to never go to sleep or hibernate and power setting is set to ‘best performance’ and ‘fast startup’ is disabled so I don’t think power saving issues have anything to do with it. I updated to the 1.41 version NIC firmware. Intel driver version is 1.6.25.0 (11/26/2025). I updated the BIOS and it is now American Megatrends International, LLC. GTi15T205 (1/27/2026). Neither the BIOS or firmware updates helped. I too have had to resort to a USB Ethernet solution. I started using this computer in early January. I cannot remember when this started… I am guessing that this issue started about 4 to 6 weeks ago for me. Thoughts?

sludge Hi there,please try not to use the two network segments 192.168.0.x and 192.168.1.x, or use fixed IP addresses instead of relying on DHCP for automatic allocation.

Same problem on both of mine. I have the latest drivers and bios. I have DHCP reservations for the devices. The network port is blinking, but the driver isn’t waking from sleep correctly.
