SER5 MAX AMD Ryzen 6800U - Keeps shutting down randomly

Another SER5 MAX randomly shutting down - Purchased from Amazon on 20/01/26.

5.24
SER5 0.04 ×64

POWER SUPPLY:
IN: 100-240V - 50/60mhz - 1.5A
OUT: 19.0V - 3.42A, 64.98W
Brand: Huntkey

Please could you advise as to how I resolve this? Looking at other posts, this seems to be a common issue. The solution might be to:

A: Replace with a stable BIOS (user MrFist was offered this on another thread)
B: Replace the power supply

I would appreciate advice from BEELINK directly.

Hi there,

Yes, please try to flash the original BIOS, I already sent it to you by private message. Please check it.
If it doesn’t help after the BIOS update, we can send you a power supply replacement with 19V6.32A.
