Looking at other posts, this seems to be a common issue. The solution might be to: A: Replace with a stable BIOS (user MrFist was offered this on another thread) B: Replace the power supply I would appreciate advice from BEELINK directly. Regards OJ

Hi there, Yes, please try to flash the original BIOS, I already sent it to you by private message. Please check it. If it doesn’t help after the BIOS update, we can send you a power supply replacement with 19V6.32A.

I’m having the same issue with an SER5 MAX AMD Ryzen 6800U purchased on Amazon in November 2025. Bios version 5.24 currently, please advise on how to fix this PC and keep it from shutting down randomly.

I’m having the same problem. New SER5 Max from Amazon with the 65w adapter. It just randomly crashes and reboots. I’ve only had it a few days and so far it’s been very dissappointing. The sad thing is, this unit is a replacement as the first one was DOA with a bad adapter. I do want to keep it but it looks like my only option is to try and buy a replacement adapter myself. Is there a recommended model?

I am experiencing a similar issue as well: my SER5 MAX AMD Ryzen 6800U initially seemed stable, but then started powering off at random, now it powers off as soon as an OS is loaded - it will run for days when sitting in the BIOS screen, and will run Memtest86+ for days as well. If you attempt to boot Windows or Linux, it powers off. *Edit: I have tried multiple power supplies, as well as a battery backup designed specifically for 45w/65w/90w devices running at 19V.

So far, I am not experiencing the random restarts anymore. Everything seems to be working normally at the moment. I will continue to monitor the system, but for now, the issue appears to be resolved.
