SER8 8745HS System Recovery

I have a SER8 and gave problem in Windows 11. I downloaded Windows 11 directly from the Microsoft website and created Boot on Pendrive.
I have done the procedure 3 times and the computer is constantly crashing.
I need the official image of this computer for me to do the official recovery.

hello, i have the same issue, the recovery environment was lost and i am not able to boot. All is caused by latest AMD chipset driver for 780M. Can i use the same link ?

Thank you for your quick response, i noticed that the SWS.rar did not include bootmgr and bootmgr.efi as the tutorial shows. I will copy them from a bootable win11 usb to the root folder. I suppose that this will work ok (?)

Note to other users: Windows will falsely think that winpe.exe is a malware and will remove it from the scripts folder. Just go to windows security -> protection history, and select ‘Restore’.

You build great machines, extremely useful for my work (software development) I knew that the fault could not be hardware related as i am totally convinced about your build quality. What is sad is that a big partner such as AMD is not careful with their drivers. If i had not taken a backup, i would have lost 3 weeks of work. Just because a driver crashed the machine. (i was so unlucky that windows restore was corrupted too after so many crashes so i did not have the option to restore with “keep my files” enabled)
Maybe a communication channel between Beelink and AMD Engineers will restrict the possibility of experiencing this again.
The only safe workaround for the time being is to enable windows policy to disable automatic download and installation of drivers.

urrently only the original factory driver is fully compatible with our devices. The latest official AMD drivers are not yet adapted for our models.

Our R&D team is in communication with AMD to optimize and match the newest drivers.

This was a lifesaver. I have routinely had AMD drivers on automatic update with only minor issues cleared up by deleting and reinstalling the latest driver or Adrenalin software. May 24 my SER8 8745 starting crashing Windows and going into loops on startup repair. I took the SSD out to save critical data and went through a number of fresh installs. Every time I completed full recovery, the cycle would repeat.

Loading the recommended driver and turning off automatic update finally gave me a stable system. The issue is not isolated to Beelink with reports of other 8745 systems and some dedicated AMD graphics cards experiencing similar problems with the latest drivers.

I have a couple remaining minor issues. I loaded the recommended Beelink drivers but cannot clear up two devices. First is an unknown Multimedia Controller (Device PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_15E2&SUBSYS_15E21022&REV_63\4&98c338a&0&0541 requires further installation.). Audio is working with the Realtec and AMD drivers. Second is unknown device (ACPI\DRTM0001\0). Uninstall of the devices and rescan from the Device Manager does not fix them.

Regarding the driver error of “Mutimedia Controller”, it is recommended that you try updating the audio driver.

Regarding “Unknown device”, could you please tell me if the USB interface of your machine is also connected to any other devices besides the mouse and keyboard?

I have the same problem, I applied the procedure but as i start the procedure It gave me the 0xc0000098 errore, looks like the BDC file Is broken

What can I do?
Also in the donwload ceter the SWS folder seems to miss the files:
-bootmgr
-bootmgr.efi

Are they necessary for the procedure? If yes can you share them top?

The tutorials that only provide instructions on how to reinstall the system may contain some inaccuracies. The system files should not include the -bootmgr and bootmgr.efi files.
