Display blank after Windows boots up

I connected my mini PC to two monitors using USB-C (displayport alternate mode) to HDMI connectors. Whenever windows boots up, I can see the BIOS screen, but when Windows finished loading (as evident from the start-up chime), the monitors will go blank. From what I read, is a sync issue, but I cannot get it to work. My workaround is to unplug and plug back the USB-C to HDMI connector.

Is there a way for me to resolve this issue permanently?

My model is SER9 Pro+ Mini PC with AMD Ryzen R7 H255 8C/16T. Thank you.

1.First, Please turn off the PC, unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if no CMOS button, please put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it) for about 10 seconds, restart the PC after ten minutes. 2.Have you tried using an active DP to HDMI cable?Please try using active DP to HDMI cable.

Can you explain how clearing the CMOS helps in this situation?
This solution means I have to buy a DP to HDMI cable, which is not acceptable since I paid so much for the mini PC.
Is the issue caused by the unknown device as shown in this screenshot?

Power management settings in the BIOS may be interfering with the USB-C controller initialization.Clearing the CMOS will remove misconfigurations, allowing the motherboard to re-identify hardware in the stable state.Rest assured, clearing the CMOS will not cause data loss on your PC.
This is most likely unrelated to these drivers. Have you reinstalled your graphics driver?

I used the same USB-C to HDMI cable to support 2 monitors with my other devices with no issues. It only has issues with this mini PC. The solution you suggested is not acceptable.

We previously received feedback from some customers regarding compatibility issues with the SER9 machine when using the USB-C to HDMI connection cable.

Therefore, we suggest that you should preferably use the USB-C to USB-C connection cable on the machine.

This way, when the interface outputs video, it will be more stable.

I tried to write a script to simulate the removal and plugging of the USB-C cable connecting to the monitor, but it does not work. Are you able to help? Should I be restarting the graphics card or the specific USB port?

Currently, SER9 does not support the use of USB-C to HDMI output. This compatibility issue cannot be resolved by the method you mentioned, nor can it be solved by restarting the graphics card or the USB interface.
