We have been purchsing a lot of Beelink S12 units. Sporatically, we are seeing some units, after working fine for months, give an error on boot that it can’t find SSD. Please see the attached photo. What can we do to recover from this and how do we prevent it? This is very critical for us - please help!

Please send us a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC. Here are possible solutions: ①Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. On Save&Exit page, please click Restore defaults, press enter to confirm, then press F4 to save. ②Please press delete key as soon as you restart the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Then go to boot page, set SSD as the first option. ③Please take out the SSD and reset it securely. ④Please reinstall the system. We will send you the file after we get the SN picture.

Hi, Thanks very much for your reply. Attached is the photo of the SN from the bottom of the PC whose SSD went bad. We have since replaced the SSD but have no idea how to re-install anything on it. The new SSD is recognized in the bios. Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you very much for the excellent instructions and files. It took us nearly two days to download the main file from Mega, but we finally did it, and the instructions worked well. The weird thing is that Windows-10 gets installed, so I’m assuming it will then prompt us to upgrade to Windows-11. I will update on the progress as we go through this - thanks again!

Quick question: We just got a call that another customer’s machine had exactly the same problem (failed SSD). If we replace the SSD with a new one, can we use the same instructions/files from above or we need to send you the serial #'s again? Thank you..

PROBLEM: We celebrated too early….after going through all of the above, we got Windows-11 but it is NOT ACTIVATED. How do we activate it?

Please make sure that the image files are in the root directory of the USB flash drive.

Its the same USB drive that we used on the first broken computer, and that worked fine… the only difference is that this is a different computer, and we put in a new SSD to replace the failed one. We followed your original instructions (above)
