Can't reinstall Win11 Pro on Ser5

I try to reinstall Win11 Pro on my Ser5. But I’v got message than it not support Win 11 Pro. Security Device Support is Enabled in BIOS, but it write’s that No Security Device Found. Self test for NVME passes Ok. I can see and copy files from it. And I don’t know windows SN to reinstall.

And why Windows 11 write, that this computer is not satisfy for Windows 11? Image description TPM is enebled in BIOS.
