        Hello I got the GTI14 with lastest bios, I can’t have my AMD rx 6800xt & AMD rx 7900xt with lastest drivers, the mini pc disability both graphics card with lastest drivers, I rollback drivers and everything ok with rx 6800xt, most of the games crash because of the driver are from 2022 and requires 2024 drivers, how can I get lastest drivers with not disabled problems on GTI14

          Every game crash because of GTI14 not supporting lastest AMD drivers 2024, only supports 2022 drivers AMD gpu.

            hello, I have been trying to download the EQR6.zip file from different browsers, no antivirus, no blocking extensions, no vpn, also tried with VPN in Hong Kong and Montreal, CANADA and after about 15 times i got tired because I will always get a network disconnected error after 850-900 mb.

            Is there a reliable stable way to download the file elsewhere? seems like access to your servers isn’t reliable at all.
            Im with fibre optic at 3gb/s and I have never had issues like this before.

                                                Hi! I have beelink SER5 Pro Ryzen 7 5800H, I returned this to the store and they are checking it already due to display issue and it just show black screen. I already tried troubleshooting steps and resetting the CMOS. I bought extra hdmi cable as well and found an old monitor I can try to swap with my main monitor. May I ask for several things while waiting?

                                                1. Windows 11 Pro activation key of my mini pc - so I can activate it in case there’s a problem.
                                                2. Default ISO/Image installer of windows 11 pro used in this mini pc - so I can start fresh as is whenever I needed.
                                                3. Update BIOS files specific to my mini pc - so I can make sure that everything accessible in bios and it’s latest.
                                                4. All the required drivers used in this mini pc - to ensure that I can use the default drivers that was pre-installed to this.
                                                5. Will I void the warranty is I added additional 2TB Hard drive inside or swapping or re-inserting the RAMs?
