Hi,
I asked a friend who lives in the UK to buy me Beelink SER8 8745hs, which was not available on the Polish Amazon. In a few days time, when he will be in Poland, I have asked him to check that the MiniPc is working properly so that if there are any problems, he can return it there so that I don’t have to send it to the UK.

Maybe you are using the wireless keyboard or mouse ? You need to use the wired keyboard when you set it up at the beginning. After you go into the system, you can connect the wireless keyboard and mouse.

After a few hours I managed to download the drivers for the SER8 8745hs.
After unzipping the drivers there is one driver called “AMDiPU” which I also had to unzip. Is it run with the “xbutil.exe” file?

SER8 8745hs does not have AI, the higher model SER8 8845hs has AI.

can you use your keyboard and mouse now ? If not, please try clearing the CMOS.
Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and other USB devices, then put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

I recently purchased a new Beelink GTi Ultra 12 mini PC with an i9 12900HK processor, but it frequently freezes or gets stuck. Additionally, I bought the docking station and an Nvidia 4060 GPU. I’ve already installed the GPU drivers, but I’m still missing the drivers for the mini PC itself. Could you please share them with me?

Furthermore, I need to know why my mini PC is freezing and even gave me a blue screen, despite being just two days old and only being used for watching videos and installing some simple programs.
