Hi! I have beelink SER5 Pro Ryzen 7 5800H, I returned this to the store and they are checking it already due to display issue and it just show black screen. I already tried troubleshooting steps and resetting the CMOS. I bought extra hdmi cable as well and found an old monitor I can try to swap with my main monitor. May I ask for several things while waiting?

Windows 11 Pro activation key of my mini pc - so I can activate it in case there’s a problem.
Default ISO/Image installer of windows 11 pro used in this mini pc - so I can start fresh as is whenever I needed.
Update BIOS files specific to my mini pc - so I can make sure that everything accessible in bios and it’s latest.
All the required drivers used in this mini pc - to ensure that I can use the default drivers that was pre-installed to this.
Will I void the warranty is I added additional 2TB Hard drive inside or swapping or re-inserting the RAMs?

Hello There,
We purchased four of these SER5 PRO-E mini pc’s. Out of the first three, one of them will not boot properly out of the box. Windows tries to load and then just a blank screen. I power down by holding the power button five seconds and try again. After a few failed boots the recovery screen comes up. I have tried the “startup repair” but it says it couldn’t repair the PC. I tried the “restore settings” but there are no restore points. I tried “safe mode” but it says windows cannot complete installation in safe mode.

What should I do? I can install Windows 11 from a usb drive but I will need an activation key and drivers.

Hi have EQ14 purchased last month and changed the supplied SSD C drive to M2 NVME, cloned old drive to new and replaced. It was running Plex on Win 11 using 14001 Bios very good until last week. Now experiencing random shutdowns, several per day. Cleaned contacts and reseated RAM, next I intend wipe the drive and install all from new to try resolve. I can see EQ14 BIOS and drivers on this thread, please direct me how to download and install. I also want to perform clean install of latest MS issued Windows 11 Pro downloaded onto USB, therefore I am requesting the activation key for my unit please!

The Windows 11 installation did not require a new activation.
I couldn’t find the sound drivers on the site but I was able to copy them from one of the other mini pc’s we got.
