Hi! I have beelink SER5 Pro Ryzen 7 5800H, I returned this to the store and they are checking it already due to display issue and it just show black screen. I already tried troubleshooting steps and resetting the CMOS. I bought extra hdmi cable as well and found an old monitor I can try to swap with my main monitor. May I ask for several things while waiting?
- Windows 11 Pro activation key of my mini pc - so I can activate it in case there’s a problem.
- Default ISO/Image installer of windows 11 pro used in this mini pc - so I can start fresh as is whenever I needed.
- Update BIOS files specific to my mini pc - so I can make sure that everything accessible in bios and it’s latest.
- All the required drivers used in this mini pc - to ensure that I can use the default drivers that was pre-installed to this.
- Will I void the warranty is I added additional 2TB Hard drive inside or swapping or re-inserting the RAMs?
