Asked for a win11_pro_key for my new SER 9 AI HX-370 with serial starting with D.. am trying to download everything necessary for when my new SSD arrives as I am replacing both 1TB SSDs with larger SSDs bfore first boot of the device. I traversed to the DRIVER folder and was presented with a username password gate to download it.. the bee-link password I use with my email failed the password check. What should I do?

nevemind.. while the download icon is not there, I can just click on the name to download the file. Still need the win11pro key
