          Hello Support,

          the current Windows 11 24h2 Update broke my Beelink SER7 into a reboot loop of death.

          Even a uninstall of the update and other tries to reinstall Windows (local, with downoad option in Windows Repair or with official Microsoft ISO) faild. The official Image won’t start becaus it states that there re drivers missing. I already downloaded the drivers for SER 7 in this post. But the needed drivers were not found by the Windows installer.

          Current state is that the Beelink doesn’t boot anymore and the Bluescreen says: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL (What failed: ntoskrnl.exe)

          Is there a supported Windows 11 24h2 ISO from Beelink for the SER 7 with the correct drivers inplance you can provide?

          So I would probably need:
          Windows ISO x64
          Windows 11 Key
          Drivers Pack x64
          Bios Update

            Please check your private message about the key .

                  I allready downloaded the official ISO and tried. But failed due to missing drivers in the first phase of the installation process as i worte in my first post.

                  Do you have a Window 11 23h2 Image, or maybe the factory default image of the BeeLink SER 7, as an alternative?

                  Please note the attached pictures of the PC and the Bios as requested.

                      Sorry, we don’t have 23H2 version. You can try to reinstall the image in Microsoft , here is the tutorial https://url.bee-link.cn/74zu. If you have problem of missing drivers , maybe you need to create the media tool.

                          Is it possible to have an “USB Wake” feature ?

                          I want to be able to start my SER8 from usb keyboard (to be able to hide the SER8 behind the screen) but no way to find the BIOS option (maybe i missed it ?).

                            Just saw there is a newer BIOS version “Use-USB-to-flash-bios-EQ14001 ” for the EQ14.
                            I followed the instructions from the pdf file.
                            From the boot manager I chose the USB stick. Enter.
                            Result see photo.
                            No flash.

                            Don’t know if it is worth to flash/update the bios.
                            If so … it didn’t work .

                                  Hello, I have the green ser7, with 32RAM and I need to restore the system, but I have not been able to, I already tried with Windows to download win11 again or restore from the computer, and it cannot be done. There is a screen that says “undoing changes” and it doesn’t go from there, the CPU stays on but nothing is installed. Will it be necessary to follow the tutorial to reset the BIOS?

                                    Hello!
                                    I have exactly the same problem, the WIN11Pro system has crashed.
                                    I followed all the recommendations suggested by Beelink technical support:

                                    • cleaned the RAM contacts,
                                    • did Memtest (more than 5 hours, everything is ok),
                                    • updated the PC BIOS to the recommended version!
                                      In addition, I checked the serviceability of the Crucial P3 SSD (on which the WIN11Pro system is installed) using a specialized program, and it is in excellent condition!
                                      I think that the cyclic reboot problem is due to damage to the WIN11Pro system during automatic system updates!
