      Dhandley Hi there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the Box ?

      DesiSonic007 Hi there,

Did you go into the system ?
If you just set up the PC, please use wired keyboard and mouse .
After you go into the system , you can connect the wireless keyboard and mouse to the Bluetooth.

If the problem persist, please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

          Hi there,

How did you set up the sleep mode in the power option ?
①Please disable startup in the power option. In Control Panel, click the Power Options.

Select the Choose what the power buttons do.

Uncheck the “Turn on fast startup.”

          Click Save the changes.

②Restore Default Power Plan Settings. Open the Control Panel on your PC by clicking on the Start button and by typing “Control Panel” in the search bar. Select “Control Panel” from the list of search results. In the Control Panel, set your viewing mode to “Large icons” and then click on “Power Options.” Find your current power plan and click on “Change plan settings” next to it. On the screen that opens, click on “Restore default settings for this plan.” A prompt will appear asking if you’re sure you want to restore the default settings. Click “Yes” to confirm your action.

③Turn Off Hybrid Sleep Mode. Type “Control Panel” into the search bar on your computer and open the first entry that appears.

Navigate to Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Change plan settings next to your current plan, and then click on the Change advanced power settings link.A small window will appear. Locate the “Sleep” option. Tap on the plus (+) icon next to “Sleep” to expand the set of options.

Click on “Allow Hybrid Sleep” to bring up another drop-down menu. Make sure that both the “On battery” and “Plugged in” options are set to the “Off” setting.Click the Apply button to finalize the changes.

Hi. I did everything as you advised. When switching to sleep mode, the computer falls asleep, the indicator goes out, but after 1-2 minutes the indicator turns on and the computer wakes up…

Where I can download the latest drivers for the GTI14? It will be great if Beelink could have an app that runs on the PC that can keep the drivers updated,
