    Hi all,

    I’ve been tinkering with adding the OCuLink interface shown below to the SER9 mini pc via the second M.2 slot.

    Now I can connect an old external eGPU to the SER9 via a Minisforum DEG1 OCuLink dock:

    I can use the external eGPU in games, etc. However, as you can see in the report from GPU-Z, even though the eGPU reports that i can run x16 @3.0, it seems that the eGPU only physically uses 1x PCIe lane!? Can these old eGPUs not run via OCuLink with more than 1x @3.0 !?!?? Has anyone experience with these cards?? Sorry for the bad picture quality:

      Perhaps you can try another cable .
      probably the problem with the DS slot

            support4 Thanks for chipping in! I’ll try that. This is just a hobby project, otherwise I am very pleased with the performance of the SER9 as is, without any extensions!
