Hello there,
It is suggested that you can contact our after-sales service email: support-pc@bee-link.com
We can apply for a new network card for you within the warranty period to try to solve the problem.
Have a nice day!
I have the same problem. To re-seat that chipset, can you share a video, or instructions with photos? I have new SER8 I think has the AX200 chipset. Thank you!
I bought one a couple months ago and the bluetooth was dead. Amazon sent a replacement, bluetooth was great for 2
AI thinks you have a bad batch of PCs. I tried the latest driver from Intel.

Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC.
Here are the possible solutions :
① Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . Next, restart the PC after ten minutes. Here is the tutorial [ https://mega.nz/file/2nIRGaYI#M2aIM2bkOJshrhE8sK8MNiKopfyHlqyjnn86TypZp2w] or [https://url.bee-link.cn/5FdW]
② Please go to the device manager to check if there is bluetooth driver, if no, please update the driver. Here is the driver source :[https://url.bee-link.cn/SzSO]. Here is the tutorial of updating the driver : https://buildin.ai/50c2dee7-dcde-4707-97d8-dc7eac84a4eb
③ Please right click the windows–computer management–double click Services–bluetooth–start the service.
④ Please right click the windows —setting -troubleshooting —other troubleshooters— bluetooth—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
⑤ Please go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.
⑥ Please try this software [https://mega.nz/file/X7hGVZwb#1tA5wEJhxH8BDtKxeB5qS2ZiIEUByAVZoOnzhSf4-Pg] or [https://url.bee-link.cn/meE5]
We have around 80 SER5s in service at our location and for remote users. I have had this “unable to start the device. (Code 10)”
STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE" for the Bluetooth device on systems impact several PCs since the start of this year when I joined the organization. So far I have been fortunate where I can remove the device from Device Manager, not checking the box for uninstall driver, and then search for changes. I almost always have to remove once, close Device Manager, repeat the process and on the second go around the Bluetooth device shows up again with all sub-devices appearing. I started recently tracking the failures in hopes of remediation but only recently located BIOS support files from Beelink. The BIOS versions that have had failures are 5800H602, 5800H502, and SER5H512 with limited sampling.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
May i ask which version of BIOS did you update? Is your machine’s Bluetooth function working properly now?
Hi Guys,
I am having exactly the same problem as Dex71 with the following bluetooth message:
“unable to start the device. (Code 10)”
STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE"
I managed to fix it once by restarting the drivers but that doesn’t work any more. The computer is just inside warranty still, is this a hardware problem and do I need a new bluetooth receiver ?

Any advice appreciated

Hi there
Please try CMOS
CLR CMOS
First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.
Secondly, Please hit the “CLR CMOS” button/hole for about 10 seconds.
For some models the CMOS hole could be in the Audio port .
Please wait until 10 minutes later (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT),
Then plug the power supply and HDMI cable back in, turn on the PC again,
once turn on the PC, you will need more than one minute to wait for the PC to enter the system.
See if it works. Please try few more times.
