On the other hand I have an error, I cannot use any keyboard (USB, Bluetooth, etc…) only the on-screen keyboard works, the others are detected but they do not write or do anything. Thank you

Hi there, Your BIOS is the latest one. About the keyboard, please go to device manager and update the keyboard driver. Also, you can try to clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and put the pin in the pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. I’m searching for an update because I’m unable to deactivate the power on after a power loss.
In the bios I disabled the related setting it to “power off” .. But the setting is simply ignored.. I hope for an update.

Your machine’s BIOS version is already up to date and does not require updating.
①Please press delete key as soon as you restart the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Then go to boot page, set SSD as the first option. Please also send us a picture of the page of Safe&Exit.
②Please take out the SSD and reset it securely.

Thank you for your fast response!
No need to hit “delete” as the BIOS page is the first and only thing that pops up when I boot up the mini-PC.
In the “boot” page, there is no “SSD” option.

While rebooting, I see a very fast message saying “No media present” and then the BIOS page turns up again.

I have also taken out the drive, cleaned the connector with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry 24 hours.
This has not helped, I’m still seeing a “No media present” message.

Hello,
Just to provide an update, it turns out the M.2 drive is shot. I used an available M.2 -> USB adapter to test the drive and nothing happened, the drive was not being detected. The adapter is good since it detects other M.2 drives.
So I’m in the process of getting a new drive.

I have 2x U59 Pros having issues

S/N: A50952HH40558
U59V1-E-8256SD0W64PRO-A
This machine boots to Beelink logo/ F7 Boot menu, but doesn’t accept keyboard entry or go any further.
S/N: A50952HH40461
U59V1-E-8256SD0W64PRO-A
This machine intermittently boots to BIOS rather than to OS. Physically turning the machine off and back on a number of times generally resolves the issue, but this isn’t practical all the time. OS has been reset a number of times in case it was an OS issue.

We have checked contacts and reseated memory/NVME, reset CMOS on both but problems continue. Could either be resolved with a BIOS update?
