I need urgent assistance with my Beelink SER8 (Ryzen 7 8845HS).

Serial Number: Y88454JH50035

Issue: After flashing BIOS V035 P8C0M0C15.14 (downloaded from your official link https://url.bee-link.cn/7pUy) using AFUWINGUIx64.EXE, the flash completed successfully (all blocks verified green, Stage: Done). After restarting, the unit powers on (white LED) but there is NO video output on any port - HDMI 1, HDMI 2, and DisplayPort all show no signal.

Steps already attempted:

CMOS reset via pinhole
Tried multiple monitors and cables
Tried Ctrl+Home recovery boot with AMIBOOT.ROM on FAT32 USB
Tried F7 boot menu blind (no display)
My work files are on this machine and I need it recovered urgently. Please advise on next step

When updating the BIOS on my GTR-3550, I copied the system files to a USB memory stick and booted it.
After that, when I type “fs3”, an error message appears as shown in the image, and I can’t proceed. The same error message appears when I type “fs0”, “fs1”, or “fs2”.
What could be wrong?

Downloading drivers, ugh, the bane of my digital existence! Is it ever a smooth process? Finding the right BIOS version feels like deciphering ancient hieroglyphics sometimes. GTR Series, huh? Hope their download page isn’t a labyrinth. Seriously, updating drivers shouldn’t require a PhD. One time, I bricked my graphics card trying to update BIOS and had to, uh, let’s say, creatively troubleshoot it. It was a real [Slope Game]of survival, figuring out the fix! Talk about stressful.

I had to install Windows from scratch, and there is no way it will recognise the network card and the cable I have connected to it. It worked when it came from the factory, but after installing Windows and using the driver from Download Center, it only works with WiFi.

Is there another driver for the network card (not for WiFi)?

LEPT I have the same issue. After reinstalling Windows 11 and installing the original Intel E610-XT2 adapters, the network cards were working perfectly. Then I installed the Mediatek drivers, and after the next reboot, the Intel cards were no longer available. In Device Manager, they now appear under hidden devices. What can I do to reactivate them?

LEPT Hmm, maybe my cards were just stuck somehow. Even though I reinstalled Windows, the Intel cards were still not available. However, the LEDs were constantly on. After I unplugged the power cable, they are now available again and working without any issues.

Finally, after reinstalling Windows from scratch and installing the drivers in a specific order, Windows detected and correctly configured the two LAN network adapters, as well as the WLAN adapter.
I had been working fine for a while, but suddenly I lost my internet connection. Apparently, it indicated that the two LAN network adapters were disabled. I tried to enable them, and although there were no errors in the process, they did not finish enabling.
With the two LAN adapters disabled, I restarted Windows, and when it started up again, the LAN network adapters no longer even appeared in Device Manager.
I had updated the BIOS with the latest version available in the download area.

We found that you need to switch off the power plug and switch on the power plug on and then press the power button on the unit to get the ethernet back.

It seems that without cutting the power, we cannot get back the ethernet.

I would say yes. Once it was testing a game (not very heavy), another time testing Ollama. It seems that when it reaches a certain temperature due to the workload, it fails and stops recognising the Ethernet adapters. And you have to disconnect the mini PC from the power supply for it to recover (if you just leave it turned off, it won’t; in fact, even when it’s turned off but connected to the power supply, the area of the mini PC where the Ethernet adapters and USB 3.2 ports are located continues to heat up freely).
