Hi Team, I have an SER9 32GB of RAM. Serial Number is YHX374LG8020 SER9-L-321TBVK0W64PRO-DP/XA My current version is: STX.3XX.SER9.V103 Can you please link to the correct bios to flash? There are so many different versions in the SER9 Bios folder.

I have a Beelink SER5. Here are the numbers from the case in case the photo is not available to you. 9Y.UP3190834B10; SN:Y58003CG30853; SER5 MAX-E-321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. The current BIOS shows version 5800H602 from 6/15/2023 13:49:16. On the files page, 5800H605_LK_20240906_2024-09-14_9-26-52.zip is available. Is this the latest BIOS for my machine and can I flash that file directly or do I need to incremently flash the previous 603 and 604 BIOS files first in order? Thanks.

Regarding the AMD Adrenalin 25.6.1 (WHQL) drivers on AMD site and IIntel® Driver & Support Assistant you inquired about, it should be compatible with the machine.

It is recommended that you use an automatic detection tool to operate the update.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS.

Thank you, however none of the three devices finds a driver in the .rar or extracted folder (EQR6-Driver_2024-08-28_7-29-43) for the SER5-MAX.
The message is “Windows could not find drivers for your device.” What can I try next? Thanks

UPDATE:
I was able to successfully update all three by pointing to the C:\AMD folder. Please confirm this restored the system properly. I have no unknown drivers now in the device manager. Thks

We have about 40 SER5 5600H machines. Most say AZW as the maker and some say Gold-something
Here is the current BIOS version V1.16_P4C7M43_Blink and an example serial # is B56002KH10197
We bought them all at the same time directly from you.
I’d like to ask for the current chipset/video drivers or tell me if the drivers on the AMD website is ok to use.
Also, if there is an updated restore set I can pull down?
