I have a Beelink SER5. Here are the numbers from the case in case the photo is not available to you. 9Y.UP3190834B10; SN:Y58003CG30853; SER5 MAX-E-321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. The current BIOS shows version 5800H602 from 6/15/2023 13:49:16. On the files page, 5800H605_LK_20240906_2024-09-14_9-26-52.zip is available. Is this the latest BIOS for my machine and can I flash that file directly or do I need to incremently flash the previous 603 and 604 BIOS files first in order? Thanks.

Hi,
Do I need a BIOS update for my new SER9 32GB? Its serial number is DHX375HF80014

It seems my BIOS version is T401.

$ sudo dmidecode -s bios-version
SER9T401

The machine was booting fine into stock windows, but after I installed ubuntu into it, it has been starting up with a black screen. I can log into the machine over the network via SSH but HDMI is all black.

1、Please take out the RAM ,please clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber.

2、Please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not.*You can also use Memtest software to test the RAM.

3、Please change another power supply.

4、Overheating. If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost.
Go to control panel —power option—change to High performance— change plan setting—advanced setting —processor power management— change both 100% to 99% , click save.

5、Update graphics driver: Please uninstall the graphic driver in the device manager and install the new one.

I have bought another SER5 MAX 6800U 24GB model and it has the same issue. (similar issue as user BasedPaste above)
Stressing CPU alone it can reach over 3GHz all core and draw the full 28W without issue.
As soon as GPU is involved (gaming or stressing both CPU and GPU), the CPU frequency drop to under 1GHz. It is also not drawing the full 28W, usually 13-22W. It’s not overheating and temperature is below 65C.
For example in OCCT, stressing CPU + GPU put the CPU clock to 0.4GHz.
Running Heaven benchmark, the CPU fluctuates between 0.4-1GHz.

Good morning. I have an SER that came in yesterday and everything appears to be working, except the DisplayPort. I first want to verify the BIOS build and update that. Within Win11, I have updated the AMD graphics adapter with version 32.0.21025.1024 / 07/24/2025 I have tried several known good cables and dongles, with no success.
