I have a Beelink SER5. Here are the numbers from the case in case the photo is not available to you. 9Y.UP3190834B10; SN:Y58003CG30853; SER5 MAX-E-321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. The current BIOS shows version 5800H602 from 6/15/2023 13:49:16. On the files page, 5800H605_LK_20240906_2024-09-14_9-26-52.zip is available. Is this the latest BIOS for my machine and can I flash that file directly or do I need to incremently flash the previous 603 and 604 BIOS files first in order? Thanks.

Hello there,

You can try to clear CMOS :Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

Beelink CS-June New bios was supposed to fix combined GPU+CPU TDP to improve performance. If the combined TDP still locks at around 15w the results will be the same. Combined TDP should be at around 25w/28w. That TDP range it’s the one that AMD designed for the chip. Working it at 15w it’s out of spec

Beelink CS-June the new bios locks the combined CPU+GPU to 18W. This is not acceptable, we bought a 28W APU. Stop artificially limiting it to an arbitrary lower TDP.

Please fix this, this is false advertising (and illegal in Europe). You are not respecting the spec of the APU we bought.

I just got the SER5 Max, 6800H with 32 GB RAM and I am experiencing the same issue as those with the 6800U

Please see the images below to show:

My SER5 model number from the bottom
BIOS version
BIOS Setting for TDP is capped at 28W, which is not per AMD Spec. Per Wikipedia, AMD Ryzen 6800H should have TDP of 45W. So estimating the split between CPU to GPU would likely be 30W CPU and 15W GPU.
Window Hardware Monitor shows:
i) CPU & GPU temperatures are in the 60°C, so no thermal throttling at this time.
ii) TDP for CPU+GPU package at 15W
iii) Clocks = CPU Frequency are almost all at 400 Mhz instead of the baseline 3.2 Ghz
iv) CPU utilization is low hovering 2.7%
v) GPU (near bottom of image) is at full load.

Because this machine is positioned for office work rather than gaming.

Please Beelink can you provide a BIOS to solve this issue? We are paying customers and you delivered a product that it’s totally out of spec. The BIOS released yesterday does not improve a bit peeformance and neither fix the cap of 15w tdp on combined load of cpu and gpu
