Hello, good morning, I have a problem with my Beelink mini PC. Yesterday it suddenly rebooted and when I came back from rebooting, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection disappeared. I can’t find them. I can’t download any drivers. I used Driver Booster and it doesn’t show either of them. I really don’t know what to do anymore. Please, if anyone knows how I can solve this problem, I would appreciate it. Good morning, I am attaching the information for my mini PC.
support6 It’s getting stuck at the usb screen. I never get the option to type in anything. The shell command line never comes up so I can’t type in commands. It loads the usb, I’m seeing what’s in the instructions. But the shell command line never starts.

Hello there,
Here are some potential solutions:
Hi. The NIC on my SER5 mini PC is not working reliably. Windows has installed a Realtek driver from 2018. Could you please provide me with the most recent BIOS and network card driver. For reference, the BIOS version is reported as 5800H604. The serial number is Y58004FF70300.

The usb loads, but there is not command line for me to type into. And I already reset the CMOS.

Please send us a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC.
Here are possible solutions:

②Please press delete key as soon as you restart the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Then go to boot page, set SSD as the first option.
③Please take out the SSD and reset it securely.
