I have a SER9 Pro H255 with linux installed, serial number B255H5KE00223. The unit fails to enter sleep/suspend correctly, with dmesg showing an ACPI error for missing region [ERAM]. Searching on the internet, it sounds like this is potentially an issue with the machine’s BIOS firmware.
Here’s the error as it appears in dmesg logs:
1092.722678] ACPI Error: No handler for Region [ERAM] (00000000e7d2c377) [EmbeddedControl] (20250404/evregion-131)

Is there an updated BIOS available for this unit?
