Beelink CS-June no, we can’t send them to china. We have proven that it goes only up to 15W. We need a fix, not to send out computer to another continent. I’d much prefer to send it to some famous tech YouTuber known for his mini pc reviews to give visibility to this problem and the solution we are being given. I’m already contacting some of them just in case (robtech, evotech).
It’s happening to everyone of us, so it’s not a particular machine.
Other manufacturers have solved this with a bios fix. We are asking for the same thing. Remember, this is a known problem.
If a bios fix is not available I’ll just return the machine to Amazon.
As I said, per the EU laws this is false advertising, and illegal. We need a fix, and it’s an easy one.
