Beelink CS-June We’ve already tested it. The TDP of the machine is perfect when using ONLY the cpu, it goes up to 28W no problem.
The problem (or bug) happens when you start using also the gpu at the same time (as in playing games or in photoshop). Instead of using those 28W between the two devices (like 15W for the cpu and 13W for the gpu) the tdp goes down to 15W SHARED FOR BOTH OF THEM, so the cpu gets like 8W and the gpu gets 7W. It needs to be 28W shared, not 15W shared. The temperature is not a problem, the case is well designed.
This is not the expected behavior. You need to fully understand what we are saying. We know this is a 28W APU, we are ok with that.
What we want is to be able to use the 28W we paid for when using the cpu and the gpu at the same time (playing, rendering 3D, photoshop or editing video) because right now the bios is only allowing the tdp to go up to 15W in combined usage and that makes the cpu go down to 0.4-0.8 GHz if you use the gpu at the same time as the CPU.
Again, we don’t want more than 28W. We want the 28W this APU is specced at instead of the 15W global TDP you are giving us.
