The lastest BIOS version of SER5 PRO 5800 that have the two HDMI ports is the V502.

If your machine is thsi version, you don`t need to update the BIOS.

Hi my bios tells me I only have 16gb of ram and I’m curious if I need an update because the Amazon ad says it’s 32gb lpddr5? Bios says

I have issues with the fan continually running, even when nothing is going on. I’ve had to put the computer to sleep often just to quiet the noise. I tried to upload the files as less than 120kb PNG files, but they won’t upload, so changed them to jpg files.

Let me know if I need to update my BIOS and what that entails. Thanks.

Beelink CS-June According to the suggested instructions, the drivers are not found. I also ran installPackage as an administrator, but it also didn’t help. Could it be some other device? And don’t you need realtek drivers?

I’m running a Beelink SER mini PC (headless, Windows 11 Pro) that was stable for ₁ year. Over the last weeks it started crashing/rebooting (BSOD). I suspect a storage/NVMe issue and want to confirm whether there is a BIOS/EC update (or other firmware/driver guidance) for my exact board revision.

Hardware / BIOS identification (from Win32_*):

Crash symptoms / evidence:

Bugcheck: 0×133 DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION
Faulting module: stornvme.sys (Microsoft NVMe Storport miniport)
Failure bucket mentions: stornvme!ControllerEnable
System event log around the crash shows repeated:
Event ID 129 (provider “stornvme”): “Reset to device \Device\RaidPort0 was issued.”

In Administrative Events I also see:
Event ID 7 (source “disk”): “The device, \Device\Harddisk0\DR0, has a bad block.”

Disk / SMART (smartctl NVMe):

Firmware Version: SN15098
SMART overall-health: PASSED
Media and Data Integrity Errors: 1
Unsafe Shutdowns: 11

What I’m looking for:

Is there an official BIOS/EC update for AZW/SER board V3.0 with BIOS SERAL301 (or a newer release)?
If yes: where can I download it and what is the recommended update procedure?
If not: do you recommend any specific NVMe/AMD chipset driver versions or BIOS settings (e.g., PCIe power management/ASPM) for stability?
