I have a Beelink SER5. Here are the numbers from the case in case the photo is not available to you. 9Y.UP3190834B10; SN:Y58003CG30853; SER5 MAX-E-321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. The current BIOS shows version 5800H602 from 6/15/2023 13:49:16. On the files page, 5800H605_LK_20240906_2024-09-14_9-26-52.zip is available. Is this the latest BIOS for my machine and can I flash that file directly or do I need to incremently flash the previous 603 and 604 BIOS files first in order? Thanks.

You can try to clear CMOS :Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

① Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . Hello. Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve added the photo as requested. I’ve tried both of those files and neither resolves either issue. I’ve also included a screen grab of my device manager showing that I’ve used the “best” driver, but still have no Wifi or bluetooth.

Resetting CMOS made the bluetooth reappear, and I was able to install the drivers just fine. This may be helpful to add as a future step in your troubleshooting: I had to uninstall the Wifi device in device manager, then click Actions -> scan for new hardware. It re-installed the Wifi and then allowed me to update the driver. Everything is working now. Thanks for your help!

Hello.
I’ve updated BIOS to the latest available version (SER9-Version5-T407-Note-code-update-BIOS-version-starts-with-T40X) and now all information about serial numbers lost.
It shows “Default string” instead of serial numbers. Same in BIOS setup menu and when running dmidecode.
I really need serial number information, could you please help me to fix this issue?

(can cold boot, but have to unplug from AC for several minutes so it can boot again next time).
