Richard_ Could you provide me with the latest bios for my EQ12? Also, is there anything in the bios upgrade that might improve using 16GB of RAM? 8GB works fine, but when I upgrade to 16GB (with the same specs as 8GB) my EQ12 starts crashing. Thank you
