Здравствуй. Месяц эксплуатирую EQ14. Решил протестировать под нагрузкой программой AIDA 64 Сресс-тестом. При достижении 75 градусов после 1 минуты теста компьютер выключился. При повторе это произошло снова. В Биосе до этого никаких изменений я не проводил. После этого я увеличил обороты вентилятора. В сресс-тесте компьютер продержался 2 минуты и выключился также при достижении 75 градусов.
В ошибках Windows erpfkf ghbxbye Критическая ошибка. Код 41. Категория 63.
Ошибка Kernel-Power 41 (63) - это или отключение кнопкой питания, или сбой питания - розетка, кабель, блок питания, VRM на плате.
Это неисправность блока питания или что то можно исправиnь в bios чтобы не выключался при максимальных нагрузках?

Hello. I received the EQ14 a month ago. I decided to test it under load with the AIDA 64 program using the Stress Test. When the temperature reached 75 degrees, the test computer turned off after 1 minute. When I repeated this, it happened again. I did not make any changes in the BIOS. After that, I increased the fan speed. In the stress test, the computer lasted 2 minutes and also turned off at a temperature of 75 degrees.

Microsoft says Kernel-Power Error 41 (63) - this is either a power button disconnection, or a power failure - socket, cable, power supply, VRM on the board.
Is this a power supply malfunction or what can be fixed in the BIOS so that it does not turn off under maximum loads?

          Hello. I reset the BIOS to the initial settings as written in the instructions. I checked it really reset - all small changes were updated to default.
          I made a screenshot of the BIOS and information from the BIOS in Windows - attached.
          then I launched the AIDA 64 stress test. The computer turned off in the fourth minute of the test.

          I made a copy of the OS and booted from another disk (nvme) from the second slot of the PC. Everything is the same - shutdown under load when a certain temperature is reached.

                      Привет. Действительно странно, там предел 105° и тдп 6W. Сомневаюсь что охлаждение не справляется. Ты используешь сетевой фильтр? Он качественный? Может защита по питанию срабатывает, ну или самое печальное - дефект пайки бга.
                      Эти вещи просто домашние центры - офис, интернет, несложные игры, кино. Это их предел. Здесь чуда не будет, можно не ждать.

                        Is this expected behavior? I’m using it for Plex and have to limit CPU usage of it.

                        According monitoring CPU doesn’t reach critical temperature as well as FAN RPM are 2500 of 4000, I’ve tried to increase PWM slope of FAN to make base speed more aggressive, but this isn’t helping.
                        Looks like this is a hardware bug with CPU or PSU.

                          I wonder if anyone has tried replacing the thermal paste as one of the options?
                          Is there any tdp limitation in the BIOS?
                          Is the maximum power performance mode enabled in OS?
                          The manufacturer hides the marking of the power supply - this is very very bad. Especially in the case of Exdock, there is probably some piece of shit instead of a power supply. All the money was invested in paid reviews lol

                              You can also try testing with open lid or even with radiator blowing. Aida is still quite a difficult stress test, try Pcmark etc., if it passes after many hours of running, then everything is ok. This is htpc, and far from the best

                              pcmark and similar tests simulate multimedia (non-gaming) load well. Actually, that’s what this device is designed for. And even if there are problems here, then:

                              1. Bad vrm (as well as its bad cooling)
                              2. Bad SOC cooling
                              3. Bad PSU
                              4. Bad BGA soldering
