After replacing the factory installed 2×12Gb memory modules with 2×32Gb Crucial p/n CT32G56C46S5.M16B2, the computer freezes at the moment of loading the bios during a “cold” start. Loading occurs from the second or third atempt. After loading - no problems. I checked the memory in various tests. Fastboot works without problems - until the power is turned off. I tried resetting the bios, without result. Kron We recommend that you try updating your BIOS. Please provide a screenshot of your main BIOS page (Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS.) and we will provide you with the correct link and tutorial.

I updated the BIOS version to the latest one available on the site. I entered all the memory data manually and disabled memory training, but there is no result - the system cannot reboot, only after 2-5 times I pressed the power button when the power indicator is on, but the screen remains black. After booting, the system is rockstable.

Kron When you say the system is stable do you mean that the machine is running fine now?

I tried all of the above. With different memory modules, and in two different Ser 8 mini PCs with different BIOS - everything goes wrong when using the CT32G56C46S5.M16B2 module (2025, Micron chips) - one or a pair does not matter.
