Does anyone known if pairing the docking station with an rx 6900 xt (with 3 ×8pin connector) would be fine even if the product is shipped with only 2 ×8 connectors. And if the 2 are not enough can i buy an other cable with a 8 pin to 2 ×8pin (like a splitter cable) connector to power it without issues ? because i don’t known what is the power capability of the pcie slot to the graphics card and the 8 pin connectors, and i wasn’t able to find those informationsin the specification manual.       ok thanks but finally i made my own research and it seems like 2 power connectors of 8 pins might be enough because the TDP is 300 W and one single connector can go up to 150 W for 8 pin so with the 75 W from the motherboard it might be good.

        I recently received my gti12 and the docking station therefor there is a problem when i boot it up with the rx 6900 xt its like the gpu isn’t recognized and even detected even though i made sure everything is set up well and i have the good boot up order (dock before gti12). More over i only have the 2 connectors connected to the gpu it’s shows led light but no fan spinning and no task manager recognition

            hy, so i finally was able to adress the issue, it seems like there is a safety on the rx 6900 xt of asrock phantom gaming edition were if you don’t plug the 3 8 pin power connectors the card will not be able to run but only to display led lights. So i juste bought the first adaptater you suggested which is a 8 pin to 2 6+2 pin connectors. And it’s working smoothly.

            So to anyone wondering if a rx 6900 xt phantom gaming would work with this setups yes it is unless you have the pin adaptater from 8 pin to 2 6+2 pin.
