I’m experiencing the same random issue with my Beelink SER8 8845HS 32GB where the mouse and keyboard stop responding, and I have to restart the PC, sometimes I even get a BSOD. The problem is completely unpredictable. Windows is fully up to date, AMD drivers are also up to date, and I’ve updated the BIOS as well, but nothing has changed.
I just had another crash a moment ago, and earlier I had to reboot the PC because the mouse and keyboard had stopped responding again.

I’m really disappointed because the machine performs very well when it works, but it feels like Beelink hasn’t been able to identify the root cause of the issue, and it’s starting to become worrying.
Could this be a hardware problem?
@yurbanspb How has Beelink handled your case? Did they offer you any solution or replacement?
