I have already followed these recommendations when I contacted you by email in February. Since then, the situation has not changed. I checked the memory with memtest - there are no errors.
The temperature of the processor and memory does not exceed 50-55C. Freezing occurs randomly - several times the PC froze immediately after power on. But it can also freeze 1-4 hours after switching on.
All freezes - the computer stops responding to anything except the power button. Twice I waited more than 15 minutes, and nothing happened.
I have already installed the suggested drivers - the freezes did not stop.
I regularly update the drivers from AMD - this also does not solve the problem.

I’m experiencing the same random issue with my Beelink SER8 8845HS 32GB where the mouse and keyboard stop responding, and I have to restart the PC, sometimes I even get a BSOD. The problem is completely unpredictable. Windows is fully up to date, AMD drivers are also up to date, and I’ve updated the BIOS as well, but nothing has changed.

I just had another crash a moment ago, and earlier I had to reboot the PC because the mouse and keyboard had stopped responding again.

support4 Alright, I’m going to run Memtest and CrystalDiskInfo to check the RAM and SSD, and I’ll report back.
As for the SSD, I think it’s unlikely to be the issue since I was already experiencing the problem with the original 1TB SSD, and I’ve since replaced it with a 4TB Samsung 990 Pro.

Your Chinese branch is not ready to pay the costs, although the device clearly has factory hardware defects!
