1.Please test the SSD with diagnostic software: Use a diagnostic software tool to check the health of the SSD,such as DiskGenius.
2.Please put the recognised SSD in another slot and see if it is recognised to check if the slot is the problem.
3.Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.
