I have already checked everything mentioned here, and I have updated NVM 1.40, installed the 31.0 driver, updated the BIOS to 1.10, and completed all updates. However, the intermittent NIC issue is still not resolved.
Beelink CS Ian Chan recently replied that the China domestic models do not have this problem, but the unit I purchased in late January 2026 originally came with BIOS 1.08, and it does have this issue.
This problem happens randomly and intermittently. Sometimes it happens under heavy load, but it can also happen when I’m doing nothing—just leaving Microsoft Edge open and idle. Sometimes it happens within minutes, sometimes after hours. Because it is so unpredictable, I cannot respond to it properly or test it reliably.

by email. According to the read receipt, they opened my email within an hour, but they ignored it for several days. Only after I sent another email to push them did I receive a reply—and even then, they ignored my questions and just gave a generic macro response telling me to go through the seller or send the unit in for support.
Please do not repeat “update firmware 1.40” like a parrot. That is not a solution. Provide a realistic solution, not a temporary workaround.
For the v1.0 board, is returning the product the correct answer?
