I am writing as a GTR9 Pro owner who depends on this device professionally. After extensively reading this forum (particularly the 500+ post thread “GTR 9 Pro Ethernet Malfunction under load”), I am deeply concerned about the lack of transparent, official communication from Beelink.

Based on extensive forum research and user reports:
✅ CONFIRMED: Intel E610 NICs fail under load on many v1.0 boards
✅ CONFIRMED: Problem persists after NIC firmware 1.40 update
✅ CONFIRMED: BIOS P108 does NOT fix the NIC issues
✅ CONFIRMED: BIOS P110 reportedly causes NEW “random crashes and freezes”
✅ CONFIRMED: Board v2.2 with Realtek NICs exists and works
✅ CONFIRMED: Workaround: USB-C Ethernet adapter (but 10x slower!)

Beelink, please provide CLEAR, OFFICIAL answers to the following:
1️⃣ ROOT CAUSE OF NIC FAILURES:
• Is this a SOFTWARE issue (driver/firmware/BIOS) OR hardware defect?
• If hardware: Is it the Intel E610 chip itself or the board design?
• OFFICIAL position: Will this EVER be fixed via software/firmware?
2️⃣ BOARD V2.2 AVAILABILITY:
• Does Board v2.2 with Realtek NICs exist?
• When will it be available for ALL affected customers?
• How can customers request Board v2.2 replacement?
• Who pays shipping costs for defective v1.0 boards?
• Who is liable if device is damaged/lost during shipping?
3️⃣ BIOS UPDATE STATUS:
• P108: What does it actually change? Is 110GB VRAM available?
• P110: What specific bugs cause “random crashes and freezes”?
• P110: Is it safe for Linux users? (Many of us use Linux for AI workloads)
• P110: Is 110GB VRAM option actually implemented and functional?
• Is P111/P112 in development to fix P110 stability issues?
4️⃣ REPLACEMENT PROGRAM:
• Official policy for v1.0 board → v2.2 board replacement?
• Timeline: How long does replacement take?
• Costs: Who pays shipping? Who bears risk during transport?
• Guarantee: Will replacement boards actually work as advertised?
5️⃣ COMMUNICATION IMPROVEMENT:
• Why are support emails ignored for days? (Multiple users report this)
• Why generic “macro responses” instead of addressing specific questions?
• Can you assign a dedicated contact person for this issue?

Many of us (myself included) purchased the GTR9 Pro as a PROFESSIONAL WORKSTATION:
• €2000 investment
• Critical for AI/ML workloads
• Advertised with dual 10GbE networking as KEY feature
• Currently unusable for network-intensive work
• 5+ months since issue first reported - still no real solution
This is not acceptable for a product in this price range.
